Dr. Sarah Thurman - Veterinarian

Dr. Sarah Thurman is an East Coaster from South Carolina!

Sarah is a 2026 graduate with honors from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine! She has always had a passion for animals, exploring careers in several fields of veterinary medicine including food animal, zoo medicine, and aquatics both before and during veterinary school. During her clinical years of school, she fell in love with the community and personal relationships you get to build as a small animal general practitioner and the variety of skills you get to grow and maintain. She is honored and excited to begin her career at Pinehurst Veterinary Hospital!

She, her husband, and their two cats are looking forward to a new adventure in the Pacific Northwest. She plans to spend her time outside of the clinic exploring the West coast as much as possible, getting back into reading for fun, and perfecting her sourdough loaf.
